June Countdown Timer Promotion

The Promotion

Beginning on June 18, 2024 12:01AM EST and ending on June 30, 2024 11:59PM EST (the “Promotion Period”), if you are a new custodian opening a UGMA account with Fort Washington Investment Advisors (“Fort Washington”) on the Fabric by Gerber Life platform (“FBGL”), Fabric will deposit $25 into your new account on August 15, 2024 if you fully complete the set up within 25 minutes, the account remains in good standing, and recurring contributions are made. This promotion is limited to new custodians who open a new UGMA account during the Promotion Period, and is only applied to the first account opened. This promotion is provided by FBGL, as solicitor for Fort Washington.

Eligibility

To be eligible for this promotion, you must (1) fully complete setting up your UGMA account within 25 minutes from the moment the countdown timer appears at the start of the set up process. A fully complete set up includes successfully verifying your bank account via Plaid and passing mandatory identity verification, also called Know Your Customer (“KYC”).


You must also (2) be a new custodian; (3) open one new UGMA account; (4) complete the setup of your UGMA account with recurring contributions of at least $20 per month from a linked bank account; and (5) the UGMA account has remained open and in good standing with FBGL at all times from account opening until Aug 15, 2024.

To qualify as a new custodian, the user of the UGMA account must not have previously opened a UGMA account with Fort Washington on FBGL. FBGL defines a UGMA account in good standing as an account that (1) has not been suspended or had suspicious or fraudulent activity, as determined by FBGL in its sole discretion; (2) has successfully deposited all recurring monthly contributions; and (3) has paid all administrative fees. If an account has not remained in good standing until Aug 15, 2024, the account will not be eligible for the $25.

Employees of Fort Washington, FBGL and any of their affiliates are not eligible for this promotion.

FBGL is not responsible for any failure on your part to pass KYC, maintain your account in good standing or otherwise meet standards for qualifying for this promotion.
